Troy M. Miller is the Executive Director and Chief Development Officer for the Lock Haven University Foundation (LHUF). He has been a member of the LHUF team for over seven years and in his current role since 2013. Troy has over 20 years of experience in development and has lived in Lock Haven for the last decade.

Under Troy·s leadership. the Foundation has seen record fundraising years, an increase in alumni participation for the first lime in IO years and an increase in donor retention for the first time in 15 years. The endowment hit the $12 million mark for the first time in history, and a new office of stewardship was created.

Troy is a graduate of the Leadership Clinton County program and currently serves as a program mentor. He has served on the board of the Ross Library, the Clinton County YMCA and the United Way of Clinton County. He also volunteered for the local Boy Scouts. Troy is frequently requested to speak in such areas as planned giving, campaign development and asset management.

Amanda Keiffer, CPA

Amanda began working for the Lock Haven University Foundation in April of 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer.  Amanda is responsible for the fiscal affairs of the Foundation including managing the annual financial audit and maintaining accurate financial records, internal controls, and official documents of the Foundation.  Prior to joining the Foundation, Amanda was the Student Accounts Supervisor at Lock Haven University where she was responsible for the billing and collection of student bills.  Amanda also has experience in public accounting spending her first years out of college at the regional CPA firm, SF & Company as a staff accountant / auditor.

Amanda graduated from Lock Haven University in 2009 with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.  She has been licensed through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Certified Public Accountant since December 2010.  A lifelong resident of Clinton County, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and family.


Carleigh Johnson, '06 MBA

Carleigh joined the Lock Haven University Foundation in April of 2011 as a Major Gifts Officer. She was previously the Leasing and Marketing Manager at Evergreen Commons; the off campus housing facility for Lock Haven University students. Carleigh earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Lock Haven University in 2006 and her Master of Business Administration degree from Bloomsburg University in 2008. In between her degrees she worked at Hodges University in Naples, Florida as the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of University Advancement.

In July 2014, Carleigh moved to Director of Athletic Development, where she was responsible for securing gifts to the foundation to support a broad range of programs, including endowed scholarships, support for capital projects for university facilities, and gifts to campaigns through athletics. A year later, she was promoted to Senior Development Officer where she now works to secure major gifts for both athletics and the College of Liberal Arts and Education.

Carleigh is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Clinton County, a program administered by the Clinton County Economic Partnership designed to strengthen the county’s civic capacity through its individual leaders. She loves spending time with her husband (Jeremy) and son (Wesley), and their dog (Ebony)!


Gary Nettles
Major Gifts Officer

Gary joined the Lock Haven University Foundation in July of 2015 as a Major Gift Officer. He comes to Lock Haven from the University of Northern Iowa where he served as a Corporate Sponsorship Sales Account Executive with Learfield Sports. Gary comes to the LHU Foundation with development experience having worked in similar roles at Florida State University, Penn State University, Iowa State University, and the University of Northern Iowa.

As a Major Gift Officer, Gary is responsible for securing gifts to the foundation to support a broad range of programs including endowed scholarships, facility developments, and faculty enhancement. He will be working directly with the College of Business, Information Systems and Human Services as well as the College of Natural, Behavioral, and Health Sciences.

Gary graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education in 2009 and Florida State University with a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration in 2013. He and his wife, Katiera live in the Lock Haven area.


Lisa White
Accounting Manager & Rental Coordinator of Foundation Village

Lisa came to work for the Lock Haven University Foundation in May of 2008.  Lisa is the Fiscal Assistant for the LHU Foundation as well as Rental Coordinator of Foundation Village, the student apartment building located at the Clearfield Campus.

Lisa earned her Associates Degree in Computer Information Technologies from The Pennsylvania College of Technology, where she also minored in Business.  Lisa is a resident of Lock Haven and a graduate of Leadership Clinton County, a program administered by the Clinton County Economic Partnership designed to strengthen the county’s civic capacity through its individual leaders.

Lisa has two children and 2 granddaughters. Her daughter is married and resides in NJ with her husband, who is stationed at McGuire AFB, with their daughters.  Lisa’s son is a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force Security Forces K9 unit.  He resides in Wyoming with his wife. 


Ashley Koser

Ashley joined the Lock Haven University Foundation in March of 2014 as the Director of Alumni Relations. She comes to Lock Haven from Susquehanna University where she served as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving. Ashley graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a minor in Agricultural Communications

As the Director of Alumni Relations, Ashley is responsible for engaging alumni in the university through regional alumni events. She works with alumni on reunion planning, mailings, homecoming and the annual phoneathon. She also manages the Alumni Board.

Ashley is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Clinton County and volunteers with the PA 4-H Horse Program. She and her husband, Tyler live in the Lock Haven area with their dog, cat and horse.


Katelynn Hanna

Katelynn joined the Lock Haven University Foundation in February 2014 as the Development Assistant. In July of 2015, she moved to Director of Stewardship and Special Events, where she is now responsible for overseeing all stewardship components of the Foundation as well as planning, coordinating and executing all direct mail pieces. She also plays a role in all of the alumni and community relation special events; acting as main liaison between event organizers, sponsors and marketing/communications.

Before her time at the Foundation she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Recreation Management with a focus in Community/Commercial Recreation from Lock Haven University in 2010. Katelynn and her husband, Eli, reside in the Lock Haven area.

Kasey came to work for Lock Haven University Foundation in September of 2013 as the Phonathon Coordinator for the Annual Fund. She works with the Director of Alumni Relations and oversees the Student Development Representatives for the Annual Phonathon. Kasey graduated from Lock Haven University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management and a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation.

A While at Lock Haven, Kasey was a distance swimmer for the Lady Eagles,  and is excited to continue working with Athletics and other clubs oncampus through the Phonathon. Kasey and her husband reside in LockHaven, and love being a part of the LHU community.


Jennifer DeAngelo

Jen joined the Foundation staff as the Database Manager in January of 2015. She comes to Lock Haven from Penn State where she worked in athletic development. Jen is responsible for overseeing the Raiser’s Edge database which includes gift processing, financial reporting, and updating and reporting constituent information.

Jen is a graduate of Penn State University and lives in Bellefonte with her husband, Tony, and their daughter Annabelle.

Nicole joined the Lock Haven University Foundation team in April of 2015. She is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative duties within the Foundation office as well as assisting with special events at the Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center. Maintenance of the Alumni Online Community and the Raiser’s Edge system are also a part of her responsibilities.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science degree from Lock Haven University in 2014. She resides in the Lock Haven area and is excited to continue devoting her time to Lock Haven University and the Foundation.


Matt McCamley
Alumni Engagement and Outreach Officer

Matt began working for the Lock Haven University Foundation in July of 2015 as the Alumni Engagement and Outreach Officer.  He comes to the Foundation Office from the Office of Admissions at Lock Haven University, where he served as an admissions counselor from August 2011 to June 2015.    

As the Alumni Outreach and Engagement Officer, Matt is responsible with connecting, informing, and reengaging alumni and annual donors (individuals, corporations, foundation, and other organizations) to Lock Haven University.  He will also collaborate on fundraising projects and campaigns for specific programs, and coincide with the Director of Alumni Relations attending alumni events. 

Matt is a graduate of Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education in 2011, and Master of Science degree in Sport Studies with a concentration in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2015.  He also serves as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Lock Haven University Baseball Program.
