CAMPUS IMPROVEMENTS

Case For Support:  Welcoming Structure -FULFILLED-

Whether you are an incoming freshman, or an alumnus returning for a 50-year class reunion, you deserve a warm welcome back to the most beautiful campus in Pennsylvania.

Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Central Pennsylvania, along the sprawling majesty of the West Branch of the Susquehanna River, Lock Haven University is home to over 5,000 students and countless more faculty, staff, alumni and friends. You are always welcome back to come home to “The Haven,” and nothing says this more than an “one-of-a-kind” welcoming structure located at the entrance to campus on Campus Drive.

With large brick pillars adorned with bald eagles commemorating the history of Lock Haven University and a beautiful lattice worked metal sign stretching across the main entrance into campus, the Welcoming Structure has the opportunity to be one of the most impressive features on campus.

Our facilities department has begun work on design of the welcoming structure, but a donor will have the opportunity to offer suggestions and determine the best way to recognize their generous support.

Payable over five years, the work on the welcoming structure will be completed once the final pledge payment is received.
